Flory Models You Tube Channel

Phil Flory is a  professional modeler who shares his years of experience in very personable, targeted videos and photo tutorials, as well as a friendly forum where members share their own experience and techniques. While Flory Models provides some free content on YouTube (much of it linked to from here) it's when you get into his subscription content that the benefits become more pronounced. With dozens of video tutorials and builds you are provided a wealth of information and experience to draw from. I have a subscription to this site myself.

International Scale Modeler You Tube Channel

I admittedly am not that familiar with the ISM Forum or web site but a variety of very useful videos are posted by a number of ISM members under the ISM moniker. Chief of these is a gentleman name "Paul" who provides exceptional tutorial and HOW TO series. I think he may be the "proprietor" of ISM. I spent some time on Google Hangout with ISM recently and did some additional exploring in an effort to learn more about them. It turns out that several of the video channels and blogs posted here were produced by ISM members. International Scale Modeller seems to lean heavily on the social aspect of modelling, with opportunities to get together and meet up, either in scheduled gatherings or often members will start up their own Google Hangout sessions to spend ! The internet is a remarkable place where you can fraternize with people of like minds from around the world as if it's no big deal. Perhaps I'm showing my age but I think that the Bee's Knees!! I absolutely subscribe to the ISM forums!!

Genessis Models You Tube Channel

Hosted by professional modeler Bobby Waldron, the Genessis You Tube channel provides a deep resource of information on the topic of scale modeling. In addition to aircraft he covers varieties of genres including miniatures, fantasy and sci-fi gaming as well as the more traditional armor kits. I have personally not yet delved deeply into the web site linked above but it also includes forums for a communal modelling experience. It seem s, from his videos that Genessis is likely structured similarly to FLory Models in that the subscription forum members participate in group builds and SIC events and are eligible for free give-aways in a very collaborative environment.
